Twenty-five years after its original release, Richard Kelly's cult classic returns for a special anniversary screening beneath the stars.
Join us in Glasgow Science Centre's Planetarium as Donnie Darko is projected onto the dome for a unique Starlight Screening experience.
Jake Gyllenhaal stars as Donnie, a troubled teenager whose life is turned upside down after a bizarre accident leaves him questioning reality, time and fate. Blending psychological mystery, science fiction and coming-of-age drama, Donnie Darko has become one of the defining cult films of the 21st century.
Before the film begins, enjoy a short tour of the night sky beneath the Planetarium dome.
Whether you're revisiting an old favourite or discovering it for the first time, this anniversary screening offers a rare opportunity to experience Donnie Darko in unforgettable surroundings.
Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended. Tickets are priced at £12 pp and include a popcorn pack to enjoy during the film.
A licensed bar will be available before doors open.
