Glasgow Science Centre is subject to the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and has adopted the Model Publication Scheme produced by the Scottish Information Commissioner.

The scheme covers Glasgow Science Centre Charitable Trust, Glasgow Science Centre Limited, and Glasgow Science Centre (Trading) Limited.
