Starlight Screening - Alien (1979)
This Halloween, step aboard the Nostromo for one of cinema's most influential and enduring sci-fi horrors.
Join us in Glasgow Science Centre's Planetarium for a special Starlight Screening of Ridley Scott's Alien.
After responding to a mysterious transmission from a distant world, the crew of a commercial spacecraft unknowingly bring a deadly lifeform on board. What follows is a masterclass in suspense that redefined both science fiction and horror cinema.
Projected onto the Planetarium dome, Alien offers an atmospheric way to experience a landmark film that continues to captivate audiences more than four decades after its release.
Before the screening, enjoy a short guided tour of the night sky and settle in beneath the stars for a Halloween night unlike any other. Seats are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment. Tickets are priced at £12 pp and include a popcorn pack to enjoy during the film.
A licensed bar will be available before doors open.
