Glasgow Science Centre partners with Pitchblack Playback to transform The Planetarium into a space for deep listening.
For one night only on 6 September, immerse yourself in Jamiroquai's classic 1996 zenith at Pitchblack Playback's listening session in the dark, celebrating the iconic album's 30th anniversary.
Hear this stunning record played loud in uncompressed full-resolution audio on our powerful d&b soundtechnik sound system.
The session also features an exclusive 20-minute voice note intro from Jay Kay.

Pitchblack Playback creates listening sessions in the dark, inviting audiences to slow down and experience albums from start to finish with no visual distractions.
At Glasgow Science Centre, these sessions take place inside The Planetarium - combining Pitchblack Playback’s deep listening ethos with one of the city’s most immersive audio environments.
By removing visual stimuli, Pitchblack Playback invites a rare kind of focus - sharpening how we hear, feel and connect with sound.
