What is oxidation? Why is it important? And what's it got to do with apples? Sabah is here to answer all of your oxidation questions as we uncover the reason you might find brown apples in your lunch box!
To take part in this experiment at home, all you'll need is cups, a plate, apple slices and different liquids you have at home. It's also a good idea to label the liquids. Sabah uses water, milk and lemon juice, but why not try out other liquids and see what happens?
