Henrietta Lacks - HeLa Cells
As part of Black History Month drop in to this workshop examining the ethical issues around the use of Henrietta Lacks’ DNA, learning about cell production and the impact her ‘cells’ have in the scientific world today. (Ages 7 and over)
Wonders of the Night Sky
Take a dramatic tour of our solar system, from the International Space Station to distant planets, and then head into interstellar space as we explore our galaxy and our place in the cosmos. (Ages 8 and over)
The perfect show for younger visitors to our new digital planetarium. Explore the night sky and take a trip to the Moon before flying through the solar system to see a planet up close. (Ages 7 and under)
We Are Aliens
Are we alone? Is it possible to find life beyond earth? Take a journey to find out in this Rupert Grint narrated 360° Planetarium film from the award-winning NSC Creative team. (All ages)

Explore the cosmos after hours, from 7-8pm on Saturday night! These amazing Planetarium Lates are live presenter-led shows, where our team of expert astronomers will fly you on a tour of the cosmos, show you the latest amazing images, and bring you cutting-edge astronomy news. (Ages 8 and over)
The Planets 360

100 years ago in London, Gustav Holst’s The Planets Suite was performed for the first time by the Queen’s Hall Orchestra, conducted by Adrian Boult. 100 years later, the team at NSC Creative and the Philharmonia Orchestra have completely reimagined the suite as an immersive sonic experience.
We are delighted to be showing both "The Planets 360 – Classic" and "The Planets 360 – Modern" in the Planetarium at Glasgow Science Centre. Come and enjoy these updated, exciting versions of a classic as it transports you across the solar system. (Ages 8 and over)
