Science Show (Approx 40 mins.)

Suitable for P4 - S2 pupils.


Humans are upsetting the balance of the carbon cycle.  Find out the effect this is having on the planet, how scientists and engineers are developing renewable energy sources and what we can do to help reset the balance.


Pupils will:

  • learn about the effects of fossil fuel consumption and why they’re running out.

  • see different demonstrations of current renewable energy sources.

  • be encouraged to share their ideas about possible renewable energy sources for fuelling Scotland’s future.
