The MindWorks Photo Competition is now closed.  Judging is currently taking place and the finalists will be announced shortly.

 

What is forced perspective?

Forced perspective is a technique used in photography and filmmaking that uses optical illusions to make objects appear closer, further away, bigger or smaller than they actually are.

Prizes

Judges will select 10 images from all submissions.  These 10 finalists will have their photographs showcased within Glasgow Science Centre in August.

 

1st prize is a compact digital camera and 2x adult GSC season tickets and 2 x child GSC season tickets 

2nd prize is 2x adult GSC season tickets and 2 x child GSC season tickets

3rd prize is a 4x day pass admissions to the Science Mall

The remaining 7 finalists will receive 2x free day pass admissions to the Science Mall
